    Product feature
    1. Materials
5 mm surfing boots are made of neoprene to ensure better thermal insulation. The neoprene is lined with synthetic fabric for added resistance to wear. Neoprene thickness: 5 mm. Neoprene is a closed-cell polychloroprene elastomeric foam with trapped nitrogen bubbles that have insulating properties. We test and guarantee the thermal quality of our neoprene materials.
    2. The neoprene: how does neoprene work?
By trapping a thin layer of water around the body, a wetsuit works in two ways: 1- The trapped water gradually warms up; 2. heat transfer is reduced. The wetsuit and the thin covering of water form a layer of insulation.
    3. Watertight assembly
The seams are stitched and glued to ensure a watertight seal and durability. The seam is said to be “blind-stitched" : the thread does not pass through the entire thickness of the neoprene and so prevents water from getting through. The absence of threads on the inside avoids irritation and chafing. Patches for comfort and reinforcement are strategically placed on the inside in sensitive areas.
    4. Sizing
A surfing wetsuit should be a very tight fit to ensure the best possible thermal efficiency. It is perfectly normal to have the impression it is too tight when trying it on in a dry position. Choose well-adjusted boots to ensure better support and avoid their being filled with water when surfing.
    5. Multi-water sports boots
Our wetsuits are designed to meet the needs of the most demanding surfers. Our design choices also make them compatible with other water sports such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, wakeboarding, water skiing, sea wading or SUP (stand up paddle boarding).

These boots are brilliant! for the price! They've got an internal split toe, which isn't for some but I really like. The lining is fluffy and comfortable, like a fleece almost. They feel incredibly flexible, and this may have a knock on effect for durability. I won't be wearing them for walking 1/2 a mile down the coast. They've got really soft and grippy soles too. In my opinion, they compare very well with any of the established brands, at half the price. I've used a lot of boots in 30 years surfing and I don't think I'll be going anywhere else for surf boots any more. Some of my mates are getting them for Xmas!!
      Flexibility, lining material, comfort
Maybe durability, ask me at the end of the winter

These are great warm boots (I surf in the far north of Scotland year round) the lineing works great and flushing is minimal as there is a well made entry gusset. And a bit between the toes to limit boot swelling when flooded
      Thick lineing. Well made
      Not the strongest material
