I believe that there is a design flaw with this item.
When the cable is attached, on the low ratios, the cable actually rubs the aluminium body, which adds to the gear change issues, particularly on the lower cogs no problem when on small cogs.
The only solution is to carefully grind the affected area with a dremel or similar
(if anyone is interested, I can supply photographic evidence of the fault)
      also, no barrel adjuster included
      Low cost, nicely finished,
Difficult to get accurate adjustment, design flaw?
      Response of the brand
      Dear sir,
I have checked their website and have found some documentation which may help you with your set up: https://sram-cdn-pull-zone-gsdesign.netdna-ssl.com/cdn/farfuture/b53cP8DTiGCIRYRrClAP7qWSnlvu_fcM8-V...
There is also an excellent "community" page on the SRAM website which may also offer additional support as well as a great place to post your photos for added feedback.
There is no barrel adjuster on many SRAM MTB rear derailleurs.  This adjustment is done at the shifter.  This is how they are designed.
      Many thanks,
