Product feature
  1. Ventilation
Lined flysheet around the living area to allow ventilation and reduce condensation. 2 mosquito-proof doors. A vent behind each bedroom.
  2. Waterproofing
All Quechua tents are laboratory tested: the WHOLE TENT under 200 litres/hour/sqm (200 mm/hour) for 4 hours! as well as in a test mission. (2000 mm PU-coated polyester fly sheet, 120 g/sqm polyethylene groundsheet, all seams sealed using thermobonded tape). A breathable polyester inner tent under the flysheet means you aren't in contact with the condensation that forms naturally on the inside of the flysheet.
  3. Sun protection
The flysheet fabric filters out UV rays with an SPF of 30. Please note: a large amount of UV can enter through a single open door.
  4. Poles, pegs
Poles: All fibreglass poles are subjected to a double quality control to ensure excellent resistance to breaking.Tent pegs: Excellent twisting resistance (6mm steel).
  5. Wind resistance
We test all of our tents in a wind tunnel with a rotary table to expose each side of the tent to the wind. A properly assembled tent with all the stays in position around the tent should remain habitable;e under wind speeds measuring 50 km/h at ground level.

5 poles to be put into the sheaths and place in the metal pins under the flysheet while applying pressure.
